Dirty Queer is committed to nurturing a diverse and consensual space to be authentically deviant and mindfully perverse. We intentionally engage in activism in our artistic ventures, and view all work through anti-Black, anti-racist, disability justice, trans equity, and fat liberation lenses. Priority in both publication and performance spots will be given to 2 Spirit and Trans Black, Indigenous, People of Color, folks with disabilities, and other marginalized voices. We believe that open conversations about sex, sexuality and gender are key to healthy exploration and addressing trauma. We believe that shared passion, laughter, joy, and sorrow are a gift.
